Trains & Planes Playlist

Something that I believe many solo travellers would agree on, is that music plays an integral role in the travel itself.

I tend to listen to a lot of music whilst on train and plane journeys, but also while on buses, undergrounds and even just when having a day exploring on my own. So here is but a small sample of the songs that you would find on my travel playlist.

Postcards From Italy, Beirut

The Boy With The Thorn In His Side, The Smiths

Grow Till Tall, Jonsi

  1. Awesome excerpt from the playlist!
Many of these are on mine as well, as well as The Cold War Kids, Bon Iver (when I wanna chill), and American Authors (my favorite new band) among others

  2. Last night I heard everything in slow motion. What a great title for a song. I may be adding this as background music for an upcoming blog post πŸ˜‰ I’m currently absolutely floored by the musicality of 21 Pilots after seeing them on SNL. Incredible eclectic and original duo. On a side note, I just saw your “where next?” list of places you’re headed and I have to ask HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO TRAVEL LIKE THIS? I’m jealous and in awe. Please teach me your secrets!
