Nice interview , i love it , you can’t avoid that your parent be worried when you traveled alone, just like me,but don’t underestimate your self that even we are not that rich we can see the world as they are and our passion will inspired us.Good luck and if we cross our way in our small world , I’m going to do the same thing to keep you asking a lot of question.

  9. I dont wanna pull the woman card but freaking love the fact that you’re travelling on your own & a woman. So many people said “stay with your group” when I went to nicaragua, but the best parts were when I wasn’t with the group, free to explore! Honored you stumbled upon my blog! Xoxo*

      1. I loved Granada, Léon was cool, I’d do volcano boarding if you have the chance there! Also a go-to is Masaya! I wasn’t a big fan of Managua although I was only there a night. Little Corn Island was absolutely amazing if you want a few days of relaxing/exploring. It’s fun to just get lost on the random trails 🙂 & the local homes make some really good lobster with Caribbean sauce!♡♡

  11. Your blog brought me back to a time in my life when I had contemplated the unknown of adventure for the conformity of expectation. Obviously you can guess which path I chose. While I certainly don’t for a second regret becoming a mom, there will always be a part of me that wishes that I had had the the guts to have taken the path less traveled, so as to travel and see the world. Your adventures are a remarkable and inspirational testament to what lies out there if you are just willing to pursue the unknown. I look forward to reading up on all the places you have been!

  15. I loved this interview! You said two things that totally resonated with me. 1. As a solo traveler, without anyone to lean on, you learn how to problem solve and see how capable you are. 2. The world isn’t near as scary as Western Media would like us to believe. I’ve done about half my travels on my own and the other half with people. I think there are pros and cons to both, but I love to get out on my own and have total control over my life and decisions without having to compromise. It’s so freeing and while sometimes it’s scary to be totally dependent on yourself when you’re outside your comfort zone, it can also be the most rewarding. I look forward to hearing more about your travels!
