Next Mission: Antarctica

To all my wonderful readers,

These past few months I have been so thrilled and excited to share the amazing North Pole with you. My recent trip to Greenland was absolutely incredible, but taking you all along with me made it even more special!

I would like to ask an absolutely enormous favour of you all now. Oceanwide Expeditions is currently hosting a competition to win a trip to Antarctica and if I were lucky enough to win it, it would fulfill an lifelong dream for me. Not only that, I would get to take each and every one of you along for every step of the way.

So if you could please do me a solid and click on the following link and vote for me, it would mean the absolute Earth!

Furthermore, if I do get to go on this once in a lifetime expedition, anyone who votes and then shares the link to my voting page via Facebook will go in the running to win one of 25 original photographic prints.

Once again – here is the link:

  1. Good luck, Ellen.

As I’ve been slowly making my way into the world of travel writing your work has been a big source of encouragement. Thanks for all you do, and keep up the good work. Hoping to see the Antarctica photos soon.

    All the best,

    Nick Fox

  2. I voted!
My dad went to Antarctica to do some research for a book he was writing at the time. Being from Canada he thought the cold wouldn’t be a problem. He loved it regardless of the cold! Hope you win!

  3. Just voted for you, I really hope you get there. I’ve always wanted to go to Antarctica and even set one of my books there (well, in a futuristic Antarctica). All the best with the voting, fingers crossed for you.

      1. I feel like WI in the good ole USA might be cold enough for me. Although….Canada and Alaska are on my lists….I would visit in summer when it’s not too bad! 😉
